Role: Director of Sales
Director of Sales Role:
As the Director of Sales at Scott Byron & Co., you must be comfortable working as both a team player and a coach and possess the skills to move sales through the process as well as train and motivate a dynamic team towards success. You’ll have the freedom (and you must possess the conviction) to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our Sales, Sales Support, Design, and Estimating teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactive management, motivation, and development of Sales, Sales Support, Design, and Estimating teams.
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.

Skills and Experience You Offer

- A bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced in sales and design in the landscape industry.
