Director of Property Improvement Role:
The Director of Property Improvement will work closely with the COO as well as provide high-level directing and developmental support to our Property Improvement department and other departments as needed. You are responsible for continuous efforts to improve the quality and service we provide to our Property Improvement clients. The Director of Property Improvement will assist senior management and others to make informed decisions for the Company’s future goals.

How You’ll Do It:
- Develop, implement, and maintain an incentive program that adheres to and promotes the Company’s operational and financial goals.
- Design, develop, and implement strategic site standards to address the Company’s standards and client requirements.
- Analyze and control expenditures of Property Improvement departments to confirm budgetary requirements.
- Mentor and develop team’s skill sets in client management, horticultural, organization, and time management.
- Create proposals and contracts and update client information utilizing Boss LM Operating Software.
What Success in This Role Looks Like:
- You can maintain good communication with all clients both internal and external via phone, text, email, or other technology to maintain good communication, high standards and positive relations.
- You can develop, implement, and maintain incentive programs that adhere to and promote company operational and financial goals.
- You can prepare and develop sales reports showing sale volume, potential sales, and areas of client expansion.
Skills and Experience You Offer:
- Believe in a growth mindset, open to change and idea-sharing.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safety issues, regulations, and procedures utilized in public and private work activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Boss LM or other cloud-based management software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required plus five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
